What we collect

When you buy from CraftNova, checkout is handled entirely by Paddle.com, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your email address, name, and payment details to process your order — we never see or store your card details.

After a successful purchase, our system stores: your email address, name (if provided), the Paddle transaction ID, and a record of when your download link was used, so we can deliver your files and help if you lose your link.

How we use it

To generate and email your secure download link.
To verify a purchase if you contact us about a download issue or refund.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Data retention

Purchase and download records are kept for as long as needed to support customers (typically the lifetime of the product, since access is lifetime). You can request deletion of your data at any time — see Contact below.

Third parties

Paddle.com processes payments and may retain data per its own privacy policy. Our hosting provider (Hostinger) stores the website and database as part of normal web hosting.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us at the address below.
